This policy describes how the Steven Kooy School Board Committee handles information collected through this website.
Information you provide
We collect the contact information and messages you submit. Yard-sign requests require your name and email; delivery details and notes are optional. We use this information only to arrange signs and respond to your requests. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
How information is handled
Requests are delivered by email. The campaign, its website administrator, and service providers may process information to deliver requests, operate the website, and prevent abuse. Our providers include Google for email and Vercel for hosting.
Correspondence remains in email accounts until deleted; the website does not automatically delete it. Service providers may retain records under their own policies.
Website usage
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate statistics about visits, including pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, and device information. It does not use third-party analytics cookies. Form contents are not sent to Web Analytics. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
Technical information, including IP addresses and request records, may also be processed to operate and protect the website.
Questions and choices
For privacy questions or to request correction or deletion of your information, email stevekooy03@gmail.com. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion.
